Diagnosis is the fundamental part of Emanuele’s osteopathic approach. Starting from this, significant manipulative skills allow Emanuele to perform a manipulative treatment always attentive to the specific needs of his patients.
What kind of techniques does Emanuele perform?
Structural
The osteopathic structural approach aims to assess and treat the biomechanical and postural components of the person. This includes a detailed assessment of joint mobility, muscles and ligaments tension and how these affect the individual’s posture. The goal of Emanuele will be to put in the best balance conditions the body of their patients to be pain-free and efficient.
Visceral
The visceral osteopathic approach aims to evaluate visceral mobility and the influences it has on the vascular, neurological and muscle-skeletal systems. The techniques used by Emanuele are always very light and kind and in full respect of the patient and anatomical tissues.
Fascial
Myofascial techniques approach the patient’s connective tissue. Our whole body is littered with this type of tissue, which is richly innervated and responds very well to manual therapy. It reaches organs, muscles, bones, ligaments, and creates an important network of connections that can not be left out in a patient’s holistic assessment. Emanuele’s myofascial techniques are very specific, always kind and never painful.
Cranial
This approach is based on the existence of a pulsation, a primary respiratory movement of the cerebrospinal fluid that can express itself and be felt in all tissues and structures of the body. To feel this, a highly developed sense of touch is required and Emanuele was educated to this. Assessment and treatment are really kind, suitable for all ages.
